xQc Gives Tips on Problems With Viewing OTK

Recently, xQc shared their thoughts on the situation with OTK and how they can change something to increase the number of viewers on their channel.

One of the biggest streamers on Twitch, xQc, recently talked about the problem with the OTK audience in his stream and suggested what could be improved.

OTK, also known as One True King, is an American media company established in 2020. Its creators include such persons as Asmongold, Mizkif, Emiru and Sodapoppin.

Several streamers who are part of the organization have left over the past few months, the latest of which was BruceDropEmOff, whose channel is currently unavailable due to violations.

The problem with the OTK audience

Since mid-December, OTK has lost three of its streamers. Rich Campbell was the first to be forced to resign over allegations of sexual harassment. Then Jschlatt left two days before Christmas by his own decision.

The most recent departure is BruceDropEmOff. In a Twitter message dated January 24, it was announced from his account that he was leaving the OTK organization.

Bruce recently went on a stream with Mizkif, against whom a sexual assault case was filed, and the two streamer communities did not work well together. In a Youtube video after the event, Bruce went to his stream to talk about what happened and how the clash of their communities began.

xQc offers tips on what to do

Among all the things happening inside and outside of the OTK, a side effect is that the channel’s viewership has dropped.

In a recent xQc thread, he states that they should “double down” on their streams, where they have four to six people, and instead increase the number of participants to ten or fifteen people.

“I’ve never seen these guys create content on their own, it’s always with a bunch of people,” xQc says in the clip. Thinking that if they have more people in their streams, it can generate more views and interactions.

How the OTK will move forward is unclear, as the situation seems to remain unstable. However, their presence on Twitch is still strong, and fans are hoping to see what will be done over time.
