The remix recorded 1.6 million plays on its first day on the streaming service. Detail: It only had 16 hours of counting and not 24h, due to the time that was made available.
“Lover (Remix)” was also on Spotify’s list of most listened in the United States. It took 14th place with 674,000 streams. In Canada, the partnership reached 20th place with 82,000 streams.
On Youtube, lyric video already has 2.4 million views. With the remix, Taylor Swift reinforces the release of the title track for her new album, which has entered the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 and platinum certificate in Australia.
