The unreleased song by Taylor Swift for the movie of the musical “Cats” will be released on Friday (15). The announcement about “Beautiful Ghosts” was made by the singer herself on her social networks this Thursday morning, revealing not only the date, but a promotional poster of her character Bombalurina as well as a new preview.
In the feature film “Beautiful Ghosts” will be played by actress Francesca Hayward, Royal Ballet lead dancer who plays Victoria, but Taylor Swift has also recorded her version and will debut on streaming platforms and online stores in the next few hours.
For “Beautiful Ghosts,” Taylor worked with none other than legendary music composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. His is also the soundtrack of the musical that opens in theaters in Brazil on Christmas Day, December 25. Jennifer Hudson, Rebel Wilson, Ian McKellen, Judi Dench, James Corden, Jason Derulo and Idris Elba are also in the cast. The direction is by Tom Hooper (“The Miserables” and “The King’s Speech”).
