Manchester United beat Sevilla in the quarter-finals of the Europa League.

Last night, the Red Devils secured their entry into the quarterfinals by beating Manuel Pellegrini’s Real Betis on their own field thanks to a brilliant strike by Marcus Rashford.

This goal put an end to the draw in the 1/8 finals: United did a hard job at Old Trafford, where they won the first leg 4-1.

Goals from Rashford, Anthony, Bruno Fernandes and Woot Weghorst gave Eric ten Haag’s team a comfortable advantage over Benito Villamarin Stadium.

As for their rivals, Sevilla reached this stage with a 2-1 aggregate victory over Fenerbahce.
Sevilla always poses a huge danger in this competition, having won the tournament a record six times.

They knocked out Manchester United during the reign of Ole Gunnar Sulscher during the reign of Ole Gunnar Sulscher, having previously knocked Jose Mourinho’s Red Devils out of the Champions League.

So there are a lot of spices for revenge.

The Red Devils have historically performed poorly against Spanish teams in European competitions, but Eric ten Hag has already led United to victory over three La Liga teams this season.

Having already won the Carabao Cup last month, Manchester United will be hoping for a strong result against Sevilla as they look to continue the pursuit of further success.

United will finish the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final, which will take place on April 13 at Old Trafford.

A good result will help them prepare for the second leg at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, which will be held on April 20.

Elsewhere, Juventus will play Sporting Lisbon, the winner of which will face the winner of the United/Sevilla match.
