iFood: On November 11th, the selection process for the “iFood Includes People Black” program began, which offers 300 exclusive places for remote work in various areas of the country and various positions in the company. Lasting until March 2022, entries can be made on this website.

In order to reduce racial and gender gaps, iFood is working together with social projects for professional training, such as Potências Negras, Mentoring for Black People and Agora é que é Elas, which promotes the acceleration of female careers.

In addition, in May the company made a public commitment to diversity and inclusion. “We are publicly committed to being agents of urgent change that favor diversity and inclusion and fight an unequal society,” said Gustavo Vitti, Vice President of People and Sustainability at iFood.

Selective process

The program was created by the iFood diversity and inclusion team in partnership with Cia de Talentos and with the encouragement of Black Pride Pollen — iFood’s black people affinity group. Vacancies cover different positions and sectors of activity, whether in the area of administration, sales or technology.

With a duration of 4 months — from November 2021 to March 22 — the first contacts will be made from December to January and contracts will take place in the following months. Those who apply will have the chance to participate until March of next year, when the last process will take place, from April to May.

Benefits offered include food/meal vouchers, medical and dental care, life insurance, daycare assistance, iFamily license (which extends to all types of families), access to various courses, financial advice and much more .
