Twitch star Adin Ross has sincerely apologized to his fans after drinking alcohol, despite the fact that he planned to stay sober.
Adin Ross is one of Twitch’s most popular streamers, boasting more than 7.2 million fans on the Purple streaming platform.
Recently, Ross has been leading a sober lifestyle, refusing alcohol and even abstaining from chastity. This isn’t the first time he’s done something like this; back in 2019, the streamer also gave up smoking marijuana.
However, in January 2023, Ross “groped” this promise to himself, saying that he had drunk alcohol on the weekend of January 21.
Adin Ross uploaded an apology video after drinking
In response, he uploaded a video with a heartfelt apology late on January 22, in which he stated that alcohol was “literally straight from the devil” and said he had succumbed to “temptation.”
“I’m not one of those who, as I told you guys, hides it and says, ‘Oh no, I didn’t do that,'” he explained. “No, bro, I really screwed up last night, and I did it. So I’m telling you all right now, I’m sorry for everyone I let down.”
“I woke up with a raging headache and terrible thoughts, and just despondency and sadness, bro,” he continued. “I was so sad.”
Ross also reported his recent alcohol use on his additional Twitter account, where he made similar statements about his desire to give up alcohol.
“So I drank twice in a row and woke up sad and exhausted,” he wrote in one of the posts. “Alcohol is the work of the devil. And I’m glad that I can finally realize this.”

“I really feel guilty,” he added in another tweet. “Damn it, this is not cool on my part, God is definitely looking at me with disappointment. Going to the gym, I’ll tweet when I’m not there. I have to suffer today.”

So far, it seems that Adin’s fan base supports his honesty, and many commentators are cheering him on and sharing their experiences.
Ross isn’t the only one making big changes in 2023; Twitch streamer Mizkif is also returning to fitness and even plans to open his own gym soon along with fellow TV host Knut.
